This document represents a mutual agreement between you (hereafter referred to as “client”) and SEO Worldwide (hereafter referred to as "the company"). By enrolling in service and providing payment, it is assumed that the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of service outlined herein.

1. A setup fee will be charged at the time of enrollment in service. This is a one-time payment for creation of a custom SEO website. This fee is non-refundable due to all work being custom designed. We also have a no cancellation policy due to the custom work involved.
2. Campaign details and number of keyphrases shall be determined by the client and the sales representative at the time of enrollment. The client’s SEO campaign will not begin until campaign details are determined and agreed upon.
3. The company reserves the right to utilize client websites for demonstration and promotional purposes.
4. Client has the option to upgrade his/her SEO campaign at any time. An additional non-refundable fee will be charged for this. Client cannot downgrade an SEO campaign after enrollment.
5. As required by client’s service campaign, the company may submit web pages relevant to client’s SEO campaign to popular online search engines, FFA pages, and other internet directories.
6. Depending upon which SEO campaign is chosen at the time of enrollment, the company may be required to create additional web pages on client’s behalf.
7. Client is aware that, in the event of non payment, the company will conduct collection activity to gain funds. Client is also aware that collection attempts may result in litigation, potentially incurring legal fees and other monetary damages in addition to the original non-refundable service fee.
8. After 6 months, service will continue on a weekly basis for a service fee of $99 with your approval. Note: If the client decides to stop the service, their rankings will most likely decrease.
9. Though we put forth our best efforts to rank client sites as highly as possible, the company makes no guarantees as to rank or position on individual search engines.
10. Client is aware that the company has no direct or indirect control over search engine decisions or policy with regard to the listing, placement, or submission acceptance of client websites. Because we are acting as a third party, the company retains no liability resulting from the policy or actions of any online search engine or directory.
11. the company will always work with client to generate a list of keyphrases relevant to client’s industry. Although it is our policy to receive client approval for keyphrase lists prior to the beginning of an SEO campaign, client is aware that the company reserves the final say-so with regard to which keyphrases are used.
12. Client’s six month SEO campaign begins on the date that SEO work is finalized, not on the date of sale. An SEO campaign is generally launched within thirty days after the date of sale.
13. Client has access to SEO results for his/her campaign Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9am – 5pm PST. If 24/7 access was purchased at the time of enrollment, these limitations do not apply.
14. In order to provide the best possible service results, the company reserves the right to add or modify client keyphrases in order to strengthen a campaign.
15. Client is aware that if service is terminated at the end of a six month SEO campaign, no claims or guarantees are made by the company as to the continued ranking or search engine placement of client websites.
16. Client understands that in the event the guaranteed number of first page placements is not met in a six month SEO campaign, the company will provide an additional six month campaign at no additional cost.
17. The client understands that the company does guarantee the guaranteed amount of first page placements over the next 6 months, but the company does not have control over where on the first page the search engines place specific key phrases.
18. Client understands that a downpayment, in conjuction with a payment plan, will be held for work completed pending the full payment. If full payment is completed within 60 days, downpayment will be credited towards the full payment.
19. The company will occasionally contact the client to review certain work. If the client fails to respond within five (5) days, the company reserves the right to proceed without client approval.
20. In the case that the client has ordered a custom web build, the client is entitled to one (1) free revision within five (5) days of work being completed.
21. If a social media package is ordered, the company may create additional email accounts on behalf of the client for the purpose of performing the social media work.
